Refund Policy for Bounce Bunny

At Bounce Bunny (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a high-quality coaching experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our subscription-based digital coaching service. By subscribing to Bounce Bunny, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to liwgou@uni.minerva.edu within this 7-day period.
- After 7 days, payments are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Digital Service Limitations
- Refunds will not be issued once the subscription has been accessed, including logging into the platform, regardless of whether coaching features were used.
- Any login activity is considered use of the service.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellations
- Bounce Bunny operates on a monthly subscription basis.
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated, partial, or same-day cancellation refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

4. Free Trials
- Bounce Bunny does not offer free trials at this time. All purchases are considered final unless covered by the eligibility conditions above.

5. Refund Process
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days.
- Provider Fees:
- If the refund is due to company error (e.g., duplicate charge, complete technical failure), Bounce Bunny will cover any payment provider fees.
- If the refund is due to customer choice, the customer is responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

6. Exceptions
Full refunds will be issued in cases of:
- Accidental duplicate charges.
- Complete inability to access the service for the entire subscription period due to technical issues on our end.
Refund requests for these exceptions must also be submitted to liwgou@uni.minerva.edu.

7. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds to any customer found to be abusing this policy. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit the refund window.
- Repeated refund requests without valid basis.
- Fraudulent payment disputes.

8. Governing Law and Severability
- This policy is governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- If local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide additional rights beyond what is stated here, those rights will apply.
- If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
